Booking Agreement

1. Scope

This Booking Agreement applies whenever a Participant (or a Guardian on behalf of a Minor) uses the Firearm Mentorship Network platform (the "Platform") to book, reserve, join a waitlist for, or attend a private session or group class ("Session") offered by an independent Instructor or Mentor ("Provider"). It is part of the FMN Terms of Service and works together with the Cancellation Policy, Booking Safety Acknowledgment, Participant Waiver and Release of Liability, and Assumption of Risk.

2. Parties to a Booking

2.1 Agreement between Participant and Provider. A confirmed booking creates an agreement solely between the Participant (or Guardian) and the Provider for the Session described in the listing (the "Session Terms"). FMN provides the booking tools only and is not a party to the Session Terms, is not the Provider's agent, and does not guarantee performance by either party.

2.2 Session Terms. The Session Terms consist of: (a) the Session listing as displayed at the time of booking (description, date, time, location, duration, prerequisites, equipment, price, capacity, age eligibility); (b) any Provider policies or waivers disclosed before booking; (c) this Booking Agreement; and (d) the Cancellation Policy. Provider policies may be stricter than, but may not reduce the protections of, the FMN Cancellation Policy minimums or conflict with the Platform Policies.

3. Making a Booking

3.1 Booking request and confirmation. A booking is confirmed when the Platform shows "Confirmed" status (either automatically, for instant-book Sessions, or after the Provider accepts a request). You will receive a confirmation notification.

3.2 Required acknowledgments. Before a booking is confirmed, the Participant (or Guardian) must accept the Booking Safety Acknowledgment, the Participant Waiver and Release of Liability, and the Assumption of Risk; and, for Minors, the Parent/Guardian Consent and Minor Participation Agreement.

3.3 Accuracy. You must provide accurate information about the person attending, including experience level and any information the Provider reasonably requires for safety.

3.4 Prerequisites and eligibility. You are responsible for meeting the listed prerequisites (such as a prior course, owning a suitable firearm and holster, or a minimum age). The Provider may decline or end a Session for anyone who does not meet them, consistent with the Cancellation Policy.

4. Group Classes, Capacity, and Waitlists

4.1 Capacity. Group classes have a maximum capacity set by the Provider. FMN may limit capacity for safety.

4.2 Waitlists. If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. Waitlist positions are generally in order of joining but are not guaranteed. When a spot opens, the Platform may (a) automatically confirm the next waitlisted person, or (b) offer the spot for a limited time to accept, depending on the Provider's settings. If you are automatically confirmed from a waitlist, the Cancellation Policy applies from the time of confirmation, and you must still complete any required acknowledgments before attending.

4.3 Leaving a waitlist. You may leave a waitlist at any time without penalty.

5. Price and Payment

5.1 FMN does not process payments. FMN does not collect, hold, process, or refund payments for Sessions, and does not charge booking fees. The price shown is set by the Provider.

5.2 Paying the Provider. You pay the Provider directly, using the Provider's own outside payment page or method, at the time and in the manner the Provider specifies. Your payment is subject to the payment provider's terms. Any deposit, refund, chargeback, or payment dispute is solely between you and the Provider (and the payment provider).

5.3 Total cost disclosure. Providers must disclose the total cost, including range fees, ammunition, rentals, targets, and materials. Report undisclosed fees to support@firearmmentorshipnetwork.com.

5.4 Fraud warning. Never pay by wire transfer, gift card, or cryptocurrency at a Provider's request, and never provide payment card numbers in Platform messages.

6. Scheduling Changes

Rescheduling requires the agreement of both parties through the Platform. If the Provider materially changes the date, time, location, content, or price of a confirmed Session, you may cancel without penalty under the Cancellation Policy.

7. Attendance

7.1 Check-in. Providers record attendance on the Platform. Attendance records are created by the Provider and are not verified by FMN.

7.2 No-shows. If you do not attend without timely cancellation, the Provider may record a no-show. Repeated no-shows may result in limits on your ability to book.

7.3 Removal for safety. A Provider may remove any participant from a Session for unsafe conduct, impairment, refusal to follow instructions, or violation of the Platform Policies. Refund eligibility in that case is governed by the Provider's disclosed policy and the Cancellation Policy.

7.4 Certificates. Any certificate of completion is issued by the Provider (or the certifying organization), not by FMN.

8. Location and Range Requirements

You agree to comply with the rules of the range or facility, sign any required range waiver, and arrive with any required equipment. Transport firearms unloaded, cased, and in compliance with the law of every jurisdiction you travel through.

9. Reviews After a Session

After a Session, the Participant (or Guardian) and Provider may be invited to leave a review. Reviews are governed by the Terms of Service.

10. Disputes Between Participants and Providers

You agree to try to resolve disputes about a Session directly with the other party. FMN may, at its discretion, help facilitate communication, but has no obligation to resolve disputes, issue refunds, or compensate any party. FMN may take action on accounts based on the outcome of any review of Platform Policy violations.

11. FMN's Role and Limitation of Liability

FMN is not responsible for the conduct of any Provider or Participant, the quality, safety, legality, or occurrence of any Session, any payment, or any range or facility. The disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute-resolution provisions of the Terms of Service apply.

Acceptance

Accepted electronically on the Platform. FMN records the name of the accepting user, the date and time, the IP address, and the document version, and the booking for each acceptance.
