ShoQ ZR
A training journal and community app for firearm owners, on iOS, Android and the web.
What ShoQ ZR is
“Not Just Data. Interpretation.”
ShoQ ZR calls itself a training intelligence platform and social feed for all gun owners, on iOS, Android and the web. In its words, it “sits between what you did and what it produced.” It takes your training inputs and turns them into something you can learn from.
You log sessions by voice or text, attach photos and record conditions, and ShoQ ZR turns each one into a structured training report. Over time it looks for patterns, such as consistency versus randomness and mechanical errors versus decision errors. It tracks progression across disciplines, firearms and drills, and it includes knowledge quizzes on safety, technique and regulations. It also takes input from compatible devices such as PulseAim, ShotPulse and RifleAxis.
Your coach can tune its AI guidance to their method. Certified instructors can review your session data and give targeted feedback, and you can generate shareable reports for a coach. There is also a community feed and groups. The app is a free download, and you can sign up as a member or as a coach.
How it benefits FMN members
For students
- Log every range trip and dry-fire session after your FMN class, by voice or text.
- See your patterns over time and practice safety, technique and regulations with built-in knowledge quizzes.
- Share reports with your instructor or mentor if you choose, so your next lesson starts where you left off.
For instructors and mentors
- Ask students to log practice between classes and review the session data they share.
- Tune the app's AI guidance to your own teaching method.
- Sign up for a coach account so members can connect with you.

Why we partnered
What students practice after an FMN class matters as much as the class itself. ShoQ ZR gives them a free way to log that practice, see their patterns and share their progress with an instructor.
It is also the app CoachZR coaches connect to. An FMN student and instructor can keep working together between sessions. So we partnered with ShoQ ZR.
Get started with ShoQ ZR
ShoQ ZR offers a free account and free app download. Choose Member to train, or Coach if you teach.
ShoQ ZR is a separate company and an FMN partner. Its accounts, prices, privacy practices and terms are its own, and Firearm Mentorship Network doesn't run, verify or guarantee its services. Signing up there doesn't create or change your FMN account.
